1Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the LexFlow platform (lexflow.eu), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.
Continued use after changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the modifications. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance.
2Description of service
LexFlow is a SaaS platform that allows freelancers and independent professionals to:
- โGenerate legal contracts adapted to the legislation of each EU member state
- โSend contracts for electronic signature (Pro plan)
- โTrack the signature status of contracts
- โExport contracts in professional PDF format (Pro plan)
- โReceive automatic reminders for clients who have not yet signed
The service is provided "as-is", with reasonable availability efforts but without a guarantee of uninterrupted uptime.
3Accounts and responsibilities
To use LexFlow, you must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
You are responsible for: (a) maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials; (b) all activity that occurs on your account; (c) the accuracy of the information you provide when generating contracts.
Notify us immediately at privacy@lexflow.eu if you suspect unauthorised access.
4Subscription and payment
LexFlow offers a Free plan (free, limited to 3 contracts/month) and a Pro plan (โฌ29/month, unlimited contracts and advanced features).
Payments are securely processed by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and SEPA Direct Debit cards.
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time in your account settings. Pro access is maintained until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial periods.
Prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT in accordance with European legislation.
5AI-generated contracts
By using the generated contracts, you acknowledge that:
- !Templates have been reviewed by legal experts but may not cover every specific situation
- !For high-value contracts (above โฌ50,000) or complex situations, we recommend a lawyer review
- !Legal validity depends on the correct completion of information by the parties
- !LexFlow does not verify the identity of the signing parties
- !The GDPR clauses included in contracts do not replace a full Privacy Policy
6Intellectual property
LexFlow and its templates, design, code and documentation are the property of LexFlow and protected by copyright.
The contracts you generate with your data are your property. LexFlow claims no rights over the content of contracts created by users.
By using the service, you grant LexFlow a limited licence to store and process your data for the sole purpose of providing the service.
7Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LexFlow shall not be liable for:
- โIndirect, incidental, special or consequential damages
- โLoss of profits, revenue or data
- โContractual disputes between the user and their clients
- โInaccuracies in generated contracts arising from incorrect information provided by the user
- โElectronic signature failures due to reasons outside LexFlow's control
LexFlow's total liability to the user shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 12 months of subscription, or โฌ100 for free plan users.
8Prohibited uses
It is expressly prohibited to use LexFlow to:
- โGenerate fraudulent contracts or with intent to deceive third parties
- โAny activity that is illegal under European Union legislation
- โAttempt to access other users' accounts or data
- โReverse engineer, decompile or extract platform code
- โSubmit content that infringes third-party rights
- โCreate fictitious accounts or abuse the free plan
9Termination
You may cancel your account at any time in your profile settings or by contacting privacy@lexflow.eu.
LexFlow reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice in serious cases. In other cases, 7 days' notice will be given.
After cancellation, your contracts remain accessible for 30 days before permanent deletion, subject to legal retention obligations.
10Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by European Union law and, subsidiarily, by Portuguese law, without prejudice to more favourable consumer protection provisions in the user's country of residence.
Any disputes shall preferably be resolved by mediation. In the absence of agreement, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the European Union.
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Directive 2011/7/EU (late payments) and other applicable European legislation take precedence over these provisions.
